what to expect:
wear soft clothing to wrap yourself up in, this is not an active movement practice - WEAR fabric you’re comfortable lying down in.
You will be supported by bolster pillows & blankets, invited to get cozy & relaxed, with option to use an eye pillow to darken the space.
guided breathwork will lead you into a deepened state and the sound vibrations will take you on a dreamy journey inward,
if your session is at Ironwood yoga Studio, The room will be warm, blankets, bolsters, & eye pillows will be provided.
