THIS PORTFOLIO Explores varying, sometimes mixed, MEDIUMS including MOVEMENT & sound, PHOTOGRAPHY, ILLUSTRATION, & JEWELRY.

MY CREATIVE PROCESS INCLUDES exploring different tools & materials, often working in waves with a resonating mediuM.

THE INTENTION IS to tune into when and where somatic energy feels either flowing or caught in my body. changing the medium allows me to find new paths to the other side of that which desires release.

at times, drawing or painting gives the best translation of a feeling, sometimes a camera is the perfect tool to frame an experience, & at times the physicality of hammering metal, moving my body, or creating sound waves gives way to the form I'm seeking.
 

EACH MEDIUM ACTS as a portal through which an investigation & dissection of my & Your perception can be examined.

MY WORK IN MOVEMENT & MEDITATIVE arts GIVES ME A CONTAINER TO LEAD FROM INTUITION & SHARE MY LEARNED UNDERSTANDING OF THE HUMan BODY, with all OUR FUNCTIONAL & DYSFUNCTIONAL PATTERNS.

as an instructor, MY INTENTION IS TO GUIDE PEOPLE INTO A CLEARER CONNECTION WITH THEIR BREATH & BODY, TO A CALMER STATE WITHIN THEIR NERVOUS SYSTEM, LEARNING TO SELF REGULATE & REFLECT ON OUR HABITUAL NATURE, to REWRITE OUTDATED PATTERNS SO WE MAY MOVE FROM OUR MOST GROUNDED STATE.
